Remuneration policy for board and supervisors:
The supervisory board members receive no remuneration. The board, in its capacity as director, also receives no remuneration, but does receive an honorarium for management and project work. The establishment and amount of these fees are based on the Collective Labor Agreement for Theatre and Dance.
